Cyclone Dust Collector

HSI Cyclone Dust Collector

HSI Systems offers a full line of quality-built HSI Cyclone Dust Collectors which provide efficient removal of dust and other foreign particles during the operation of elevator, feed, fertilizer or other similar plants.

Each dust collector is constructed using heavy gauge steel and can be ordered in sizes ranging from 32 inches to 104 inches in diameter.  Customers can choose between clockwise or counter-clockwise air rotation (determined by the rotation of air entering the cyclone as seen by one looking down on top of the unit).  All units are shipped without weatherheads but may be added, if needed, by indicating when ordering.

HSI Cyclone Dust Collectors are offered in standard and custom sizes:
  • Standard Cone - For use in removal of large particles that come from corn, cobs, wood chips, etc.
  • Long Cone - For higher collection efficiency in the removal of finer particles.
  • Custom Built - In many cases, standard dust collectors will not meet specific needs.  HSI can build Cyclones of galvanized steel, stainless steel or other special materials.  Special wear plates can be installed for abrasive materials.  HSI will custom engineer and build a Cyclone Dust Collector to meet your exact needs.

Features

  • All welded connections
  • Flange-connections between body, cone and weatherhead
